Ordering
Who can purchase from ManaWell Research?
Our products are sold strictly for research and laboratory use by qualified individuals and organizations. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you will use the products solely for lawful research purposes in compliance with all applicable regulations.
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add products to your cart, and check out. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email along with payment instructions. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and shipped, and you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Discounts are applied automatically in the cart: 5% off when you order 2 units of a product, and 7.5% off at 3 or more units. For larger research quantities, contact us directly and we’ll put together a quote.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been processed yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Zelle and Venmo. Step-by-step payment instructions are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Additional payment options are coming soon.
How does payment work, exactly?
After you place your order, you’ll receive simple instructions with the exact amount and where to send it. Include your order number in the payment note so we can match it to your order quickly. Your order is processed as soon as the payment is confirmed — typically within a few hours during business days. If payment isn’t received within 48 hours, the order may be canceled and stock released.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We collect only what’s needed to fulfill your order — name, email, and shipping address — and we never sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law. See our policies page for full details.
Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders with confirmed payment typically ship the same business day. Orders confirmed late in the day, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. Products are packed to protect them in transit.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also view your order status anytime from your account page.
What if my package arrives damaged or never arrives?
We’ll make it right. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit. If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because research compounds are sensitive materials, all sales are final once an order has been processed — returned products can’t be restocked safely, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges. Damaged or incorrect orders are always taken care of (see above), and orders canceled before processing are refunded in full.
When am I eligible for a refund?
Refunds are issued for orders canceled before processing, duplicate or erroneous payments, and orders we’re unable to fulfill. If any of these apply to you, contact us with your order number and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Products & Handling
How should products be stored?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct light — refrigeration is recommended for long-term storage. Once reconstituted for research use, vials should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe appropriate to the specific compound.
What is bacteriostatic water and do I need it?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, commonly used in laboratory settings to reconstitute lyophilized compounds. Most peptides in our catalog are supplied as lyophilized powders, so researchers typically order bacteriostatic water alongside them.
What quality standards do you follow?
Every compound we carry is sourced against a high-purity specification and handled under controlled storage conditions from receipt to shipment. We keep our catalog deliberately small so we can pay close attention to every batch we ship. Questions about a specific product or batch? Contact us — we’re happy to help.
Support
